About this event

The Vietnamese Buddhist monk, poet and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh is one of the most important spiritual teachers of our time. In this class we will immerse ourselves in his teachings and meditative practices. Each week we will watch a video of one of his dharma talks on topics such as dealing with difficult emotions; living mindfully; cultivating joy, peace and compassion; and the practice of presence. We will then work together, as a community, and engage in mindfulness practices designed to help us experience the inner meaning of these teachings and enable us to carry them with us in our everyday lives.
