Research has shown that those that have effective coping strategies have a higher functioning immune system and are less prone to fall ill. Today we will discover a comprehensive meditation approach designed to help us cope with the psychological and physical stressors of “day-to-day living.” We will learn inner quieting methods that help us turn on the “relaxation response” in the brain to dissolve muscular tension, abort headaches, etc.
We will also practice guided imagery and deep meditation techniques aided by breathwork; then use powerful visualizations, using symbols that talk directly to our subconscious mind, to free ourselves from old conditioning, negative emotions and habits. Come equip yourself with highly effective self-care tools that can boost your focus, creativity, self-confidence, clarity of mind, and overall well-being.
