Qigong - health through ancient wisdom

Qigong is modern day practice with an ancient history. Initially part of the the Chinese cultural heritage, qigong is now firmly an international phenomenon.

Qigong is the practice of slow moving or completely still forms, undertaken with eyes open, half open or, in some styles, completely closed. Combined with focussed attention and sometimes specific visualisations, such qigong exercises aim to improve and build up the flow of energy in the body.

Ultimately, when the flow of energy is strong, further gains may lead to spiritual revelations. In this sense qigong can be seen as a complete path, including physical, mental and spiritual components.
